2. Services

Source Point Pest provides professional pest control services in Utah County and select areas of Salt Lake County. Services include, but are not limited to, treatment and prevention of ants, spiders, mice, voles, wasps, and other common pests.

Service Area: We serve Utah County and Salt Lake County (Bluffdale, Herriman, Riverton). Service availability is subject to our current capacity and coverage area.

Estimates and Quotes: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on the actual conditions, scope of work, and materials required.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

Users may opt in to the Source Point Pest SMS program by checking the consent box on our website or through our dedicated digital opt-in page at sourcepointpest.com.

When you opt in to receive text messages from Source Point Pest, you agree to receive appointment reminders, service updates, and account notifications via SMS.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and account activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Source Point Pest is not responsible for any charges you may incur from your carrier.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS service is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Not all carriers are guaranteed to support our messaging service.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message. You may also contact us at info@sourcepointpest.com or (385) 293-3741 to opt out.

Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Your Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a service charge.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

For recurring services, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file after each scheduled service.

6. Treatment and Results

We use industry-standard pest control methods and products. While we work diligently to eliminate and prevent pest issues, results can vary based on environmental conditions, pest type, and severity of infestation.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that all pests will be eliminated immediately or permanently. Follow-up treatments may be necessary.

Re-Service: If you experience pest activity between scheduled services, contact us and we will return to re-treat at no additional charge, subject to our re-service policy and terms.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your pest issues and property. You are responsible for:

  • Providing safe access to treatment areas (clearing clutter, securing pets, etc.)
  • Following any preparation or post-treatment instructions we provide
  • Notifying us of any health concerns or sensitivities
  • Ensuring that children and pets remain clear of treated areas as directed

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Source Point Pest and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or this agreement.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Source Point Pest from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws
  • Attempt to interfere with the site's functionality or security
  • Collect or harvest data from the site using automated means
